Our research

The 2027 dates-and-rates page groups girls by completed grades 1–11. Girls who have completed grades 10 or 11 can choose the in-camp or Wilderness program. Use the program descriptions before choosing a session; a shared campus does not mean every camper follows the same itinerary.

Rates checked September 29, 2026: 2027 tuition is $3,725 per two-week session. The four published sessions are June 6–18, June 20–July 2, July 4–16, and July 18–30.

Before November 1, the required deposit is $775 per session, including $385 that is nonrefundable. Beginning November 1, the $1,000 deposit is nonrefundable; beginning February 1, the $1,500 deposit is nonrefundable. Read the full cancellation schedule before paying.

The published standard payment schedule ends April 1; the monthly plan ends May 1. Campers cannot stay at camp between sessions, so arrange pickup by an approved adult aged 18 or older and return on the next opening day.

The availability table is not updated in real time. Use official registration for the current session or waitlist; the page says no deposit is required to join a waiting list.

Before you choose

A second session needs a pickup plan: campers cannot stay at camp between sessions. Deposits rise on November 1 and February 1.

Confirm these details for your child’s exact session:

  • Eligible ages or grades, session dates, and whether a parent or church leader registers.
  • Total cost, additional fees, payment deadlines, and refund terms before paying a deposit.
  • Faith programming, daily schedule, and how the camp handles your child’s needs.

A detail worth knowing

The wilderness option starts at completed grade 10 for girls. A camper attending consecutive sessions still needs an approved adult to pick them up between sessions.

Details from the camp

  • Completed grades 1–11; use completed grade rather than rising grade
  • $3,725 per two-week session for 2027; four sessions run June 6–July 30
  • Older girls in completed grades 10–11 have a wilderness option
  • Families must arrange pickup between sessions; campers cannot remain at camp during the break
