If you join the parent list we store your email and send notes from hello@churchcamps.com. You can unsubscribe from those messages. We do not sell your address to camps.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics and PostHog to understand page visits, referral sources, page performance, and clicks from ChurchCamps to official camp websites. PostHog automatic capture and session recording are turned off.

If you request a profile claim, correction, or premium information, we use your contact details, role, and message to review the request, verify your relationship to the camp, and reply. Claim requests are stored privately and we attempt to notify our team by email. Submitting a claim does not grant control of a profile. These contact details are not published in the directory. Analytics may record the request type and whether submission succeeded, but do not include your name, email, phone number, website, camp name, or message.

The owner workspace uses essential sign-in and security cookies. We store hashed sign-in tokens and sessions, verified camp memberships, proposed corrections, and a record of manual reviews. Owner pages are excluded from public analytics. Proposed changes remain private until editorial review; signing in does not establish ownership or purchase a subscription. Contact hello@churchcamps.com for account or privacy requests. Do not submit camper records, health information, payment details, or other sensitive personal information.
