Terms

ChurchCamps is an editorial directory. Listings are not an offer to enroll your child and not an endorsement by any denomination. Confirm dates, rates, and policies on the camp’s official site before you pay a deposit.

For verified camp owners

Premium subscription terms

ChurchCamps Premium costs $299/year per camp location in U.S. dollars. Each subscription covers one camp location and renews automatically each year at that price unless the owner cancels renewal.

The founding price is $199 for the first year per camp location. It applies only to the first 20 camps that begin a paid subscription and only to their first year. A founding subscription renews at $299/year per camp location. A public offer does not prove that a founding slot remains available.

Refunds and cancellation

  • You may request a refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. A refund ends Premium service immediately.
  • You may cancel automatic renewal at any time. When you cancel renewal without a refund, Premium continues through the current paid term and ends at that term’s expiration.
  • Your free factual listing remains in the directory after Premium ends. You may still request sourced corrections through manual owner review.

Use the owner workspace for cancellation and refund requests. Use the Premium inquiry form for profile setup assistance.

What payment does not buy

Premium does not guarantee traffic, clicks, leads, enrollment, revenue, a CampFactor score, a review outcome, or organic directory rank. Paid features never change CampFactor or organic order.

Billing may be disabled while ChurchCamps finishes verification and payment testing. These terms do not mean checkout or paid benefits are active.
