Our research

Base Camp combines morning cabin activities with afternoon clubs chosen by campers. Adventure campers leave on their selected trip for part of the week. Each grade division determines which programs are available.

The 2027 schedule runs in weekly sessions from June 13 through August 7. New-family registration opens October 13, 2026, following an earlier returning-family window.

The 2027 page confirms a $200 nonrefundable deposit, monthly payments, financial aid, and extra charges for airport transfers and weekend stays. Full 2027 tuition remains unconfirmed in the reviewed page.

Families hand medicines to medical staff at check-in and should discuss medical or special concerns before registering. The summer schedule includes Monday chapel and cabin vespers.

The FAQ still shows 2026 refund deadlines, so those deadlines were not treated as 2027 policy. The CampFactor review covers Base and Adventure overnight programs, not family or Parent/Me stays.
