Our research

The official 2027 summer page lists children’s sessions for completed grades 3–6, student sessions for completed grades 6–12, and combined sessions for completed grades 3–12. Your church group should choose the session type before registering.

Rates checked September 29, 2026: campers cost $375 and leaders cost $230 per session. The $100 nonrefundable deposit per person applies to the final cost. Diamond Rooms add $375 to the camper or leader fee and have their own $100 deposit requirement.

Adult leaders must be at least 19 for student and combined sessions, or at least 18 for children’s sessions. These are leader rules, not a numerical age range for youth campers.

Combined sessions give children and students different schedules and speakers. Children and students from the same church may still share a bunkhouse. Start with the official group-registration link and confirm the church’s session.

Before you choose

Register with your church group. Children and students follow separate schedules in combined sessions, even when the same church shares a bunkhouse.

Confirm these details for your child’s exact session:

Eligible ages or grades, session dates, and whether a parent or church leader registers.
Total cost, additional fees, payment deadlines, and refund terms before paying a deposit.
Faith programming, daily schedule, and how the camp handles your child’s needs.

A detail worth knowing

A completed sixth grader fits either the children’s or student grade range. Combined sessions use separate schedules and speakers for those groups, rather than one shared program.
